We are a group of nature enthusiasts trying to do our bit to reduce, and if possible, reverse the damage done by human race to our Mother Nature. We strive to find innovative ways to improvise our nature’s eco-system. One of our approaches include recycling of PET Bottles, which is irresponsibly being squandered without considering the damage it will cause to our planet. To reduce this impact, we collect PET bottles and get them transformed into fiber which is further used to make different types of bags and other useful items.

Why PET
PET is a clear, strong and lightweight plastic that is widely used for packaging food and beverages, especially convenience-sized soft drinks, juices and water. Knowingly or unknowingly, there is a good chance you either touch or see PET plastics at least once a day. Currently there is no substitute available for PET bottles in the world. The usage of PET bottles is increasing day by day as it is hygienic and highly resistant to micro-organisms. However, this is causing most pressing environmental issue i.e., plastic pollution. Our aim is to recycle 100% of the used PET bottles and create useful products out of it.
Why Recycle PET ?
When plastic bottles aren't recycled properly, they end up spending years in landfills and oceans which impact our environment in many ways. What if we could have all the benefits of plastic while IMPROVING the state of our environment and communities around us, hence aligning with our government's objective like Swachh Bharat and Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
One way to achieve this goal is to recycle PET bottles. Here are few benefits:

Using plastic that's already in our natural environment is a great opportunity to reduce pollution
Lower greenhouse gas emissions
In 2019, the global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from production and incineration of plastic alone were estimated to be more than 850 million tons. This is equivalent to emissions from 189 coal power plants, producing 500 MW of power, all through the year
Diminished reliance on fossil fuels
16.3 barrels of oil are saved every time 1 ton of plastic is recycled, so using recycled plastic can help transition from fossil fuels to renewable energy
Reduced use of natural resources
There's no need to keep exploiting our planet if the resources we need are already available and can be reused. Using recycled plastic means giving a second life to valuable resources that are already circulating in our economy

Recycling PET bottles comes with many benefits for both economy and environment. When we recycle, we are fighting global warming, conserving energy, and creating new jobs for our country.
